InstaNatural Rose Mask - With Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Aloe Vera & More

As soon as I took the seal off the tub the lovely scent of rose was there. I have had other rose products in the past but this one smells like a garden full of roses not at all artificial. The look of the mask was a little strange, like a muddy brown colour, it looked a little like unset jelly as well. But, that gorgeous smell would make up for everything in my book.

I used to use masks all the time but in recent years I've not had any so I was really looking forward to this and I wasn't disappointed. I had thought that the consistency would make it a little awkward to use but that wasn't an issue at all. I applied it, as directed, to damp skin and it was absorbed into the skin very quickly. It is almost colourless on the skin so you won’t give anybody heart failure if you need to open the front door. I intended on leaving it on for the recommended 10 – 15 minutes but I was watching a film and forgot I had it on. It was about an hour before I removed it. My skin felt so soft and smooth, plus I could still smell roses. Have I mentioned how good it smells?

The tub is a generous 120ml and I have used it twice and there’s very little gone so it looks like it will last quite a while. I think this could be the best face mask I have ever tried. I have mature skin and it suits me perfectly.

Up until a week or so ago I had never heard of InstaNatural , what have I been missing? I’ve tried a few of their products over the last week and not found one has caused me any irritation or skin problems.

100% Natural Beeswax Lip Balm - Exotic Flavours

My wife and 11 year old could not wait for these to arrive as they are both big fans of lip balms. They already have around 20 between them but I was informed that they hadn't got any of these ‘exotic’ flavours so needed to try them.

I've never tried the Beauty by Earth products before but if the lip balms are anything to go by I will certainly be looking at their other products. Where possible I buy 100% natural products as my eldest has eczema and she can't use any products that have chemicals in them.

The flavours in this pack are: Green Tea, Pomegranate, Acai & Asian Pear

The smell when you open the lip balms is lovely but not too over powering. The taste is too good, I would happily lick it all off which of course defeats the purpose. Seriously though they are quality lip balms and are really good value in the multi pack.

I couldn't pick a favourite flavour as they are all nice in their own right. They are well worth the cost though. We recently had some of the ‘pound shop’ lip balms, at the time I thought they were alright for the money but after these I would never buy them again.

Due to the size of the packaging they would be perfect as a stocking filler.

Art Naturals Organic Beard Oil & Leave-In Conditioner 60ml- 100% Pure & Natural Unscented

Firstly let me say I'm not one for personal grooming products,( to my wife’s eternal dismay) I am a natural scruff. My beard though full, is not of the straight luxuriant variety, but more the curly brillo pad type, so on receiving the chance to try this product, namely artnaturals BEARD&STACHE for nothing, in return for an honest review I thought why not, if nothing else it will keep the wife happy.

I must own up to being pleasantly surprised, it does just what it says on the bottle, my beard feels a lot softer to the touch, which has made my wife and granddaughters happier and it also has a nice sheen which it never had before, what I like about it is the fact its unscented, that and the bottle it comes in with the old fashioned dropper. Would I buy this product? In honesty probably not, but only cause I'm a skinflint, and as I have already said I'm not big on personal grooming. Will I use what I've got? Every last drop, and more besides if anyone wishes to buy me some for birthdays xmas etc.

Outback Organics Tea Tree Hair Care

I've had some Outback Organicstea tree shampoo and conditioner since before Christmas and have only recently got round to using them. When I first opened the bottle, the smell was lovely, sometimes tea tree can have an overpowering smell but this wasn't the case.

The shampoo is creamy and lathers well, my hair smells fresher and is noticeably softer and shinier since using these. I am also happy with how long a bottle will last. I am only having to use a third of the amount of shampoo compared to other brands, so very cost effective.

Outback Organics get a 10/10 from me for their shampoo and conditioner. The best I have used in a long time.

Why Am I Here?

I love trying new creams and body care products. I've got a bathroom full much to my husbands disdain. I also review some health and weight loss products and equipment, I will let you know if it works.

I've got 2 girls, 11 and 8. The 11 year old is really not a girly girl and much prefers playing with her rats and remote control helicopter than anything else. But, as she has eczema she does use 100% natural and organic products. The 8 year old is a different matter, she loves trying anything girly, no cream or make up item is safe around her. Me, I suppose I'm between the 2 really. I love my creams and potions but I'm not a big make up fan.

I hope I can offer some helpful advice with the products I review.
